cancellation policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. If appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of appointment total. If you do not communicate that you need to cancel your appointment and do not show up, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of appointment total.

Fee is waived if cancellation is due to you or someone you live with being sick. If this is the case, please specify reason in cancellation notes and reschedule appointment no less than 14 days from cancellation date. This is to ensure we all stay safe and healthy. Thank you!
